Lynn Dunlap-Regan, MBA, ACC, is a dynamic and visionary leader with over two decades of experience driving exceptional customer experiences and building high-performing teams. As Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Aerwave, Lynn leads the full spectrum of the customer journey and resident lifecycle, championing a culture rooted in engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Her strategic oversight spans customer success, support, and marketing—ensuring seamless, world-class service for residents, site teams, and property owners across Aerwave’s multifamily communities. Lynn brings a powerful combination of strategic insight and operational excellence to her role, with a proven ability to drive adoption, loyalty, and sustained growth. Prior to joining Aerwave, she spearheaded the Customer Success function at LeaseLock, where she oversaw implementation, training, and post-sale client engagement. She also held senior leadership roles at RealPage, managing multiple Product Success teams and leading global operations for the Renter Engagement product suite. Earlier in her career at Transamerica, Lynn held P&L responsibility and led key marketing and cross-functional initiatives that strengthened brand positioning and accelerated performance. Lynn holds both an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is certified in CliftonStrengths, DISC, Emotional Intelligence, and Motivators, and she frequently coaches CEOs and C-suite leaders to unlock performance and elevate organizational impact.
